Who you are buying from

Grand Cellar Spirits is operated by Orchard Logistics Pty Ltd (ABN 67 694 336 144). You can reach us at hello@grandcellarspirits.com.

Age

It is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under 18, and an offence for a person under 18 to buy it. By ordering anything containing alcohol you confirm you are 18 or over, and the carrier may ask for proof on delivery.

We may refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied of this, and we will refund it in full.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices on other currencies shown on the site are a convenience conversion and are not the price you pay; the charge is made in Australian dollars.

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the confirmation email, and that is when the contract is made.

We try to keep the catalogue accurate, but if an item is priced or described wrongly we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a full refund. We do not have to supply at an incorrect price.

Stock shown is our supplier's. If something sells out between your order and dispatch we will tell you and refund that item.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, who handle the card details directly. We never see or store your card number.

Goods remain ours until payment has cleared in full.

Delivery, returns and your rights

Delivery is covered on the Shipping page, and returns and refunds on the Returns page. Both form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales, Australia.
